The Global Payroll Co-ordinator will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of the People department’s payroll function, ensuring payroll compliance across various global locations and the timely and accurate processing of circa 2500 employee salaries. What you will do: Oversees the input and processing of 6 global payrolls. Manage the day-to-day relationship with 5 third party payroll providers and ensure they are delivering service aligned to the agreed timetables. Collate and validate all payroll inputs and monitor existing payroll data feeds to key third party vendors. Oversee the collation, analysis and input of payroll related payments such as Overtime, On call allowances and shift premiums. Maintain accurate records and downstream reporting to key stakeholders such as Finance, People Ops and regulatory authorities. Review, validate and reconcile all payroll input and output information to ensure accuracy. Compile monthly and trend metric to inform he business of payroll related costs and trends and well as internal and external accuracy. Monitor and resolve all payroll and pension related queries raised by employees. Process ad hoc payroll calculations and complex cases for input or correction. Support with payroll associated activities such as month end journals, pension uploads and ad hoc business requests. Support the filing and submission of regulatory returns such as P11ds. We are looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payrolls for our employees located in UK, ROI, Australia, Canada and US. You will work closely with our third-party providers and our People and Finance departments to ensure that all payroll activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. What you will have: - Relevant accounting, finance, or payroll related professional qualifications e.g. CIPP. - Proven experience in payroll processing - Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices - Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office applications. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
