What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Planning & Coordination:
* Organise customer orders into efficient production campaigns.
* Collaborate with production teams to allocate manufacturing capacity.
* Monitor order progress, report on priorities, and resolve planning issues.
* Communicate with Sales regarding any delays or capacity constraints.
🔹 Procurement & Stock Management:
* Manage raw materials and consumables using forecasts and stock checks.
* Place orders with suppliers, ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
* Maintain accurate stock levels—avoiding shortages or excess.
* Regularly review stock allocations in collaboration with Sales.
🔹 Logistics & Transport:
* Arrange transport for on-time deliveries.
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing schedules with transport providers.
* Optimise transport costs by negotiating with alternative suppliers.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in procurement, supply chain, or production planning.
✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication.
✔ Good numerical skills and proficiency in Excel.
✔ Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
