As a Mobile Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and infrastructure across multiple commercial sites in Middlesbrough and the surrounding areas. You will play a key role in delivering a first-class service to our clients, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, to high standards, and in compliance with safety regulations.
The Package:
1. Competitive Salary between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
2. Company Van fully equipped, including a fuel card.
3. All tools and uniform provided.
4. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
9. Perform routine plumbing maintenance and repairs on commercial properties.
10. Diagnose and fix plumbing faults, leaks, and blockages.
11. Install, test, and commission plumbing systems and equipment.
12. Carry out water hygiene tasks, including TMV checks, legionella monitoring, and testing.
13. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
14. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
15. Participate in an on-call rota to cover emergency call-outs.
Requirements:
16. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
17. Proven experience in a commercial plumbing environment.
18. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
19. Full UK driving licence.
20. Good communication and customer service skills.
21. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
