Description About the role We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to focus on Data & Insights you will manage, extract, and reconcile data in excel. This is a 6-month fixed term contract, full-time position and offers hybrid working, the position can be based from either our London or Oldham office. This newly created Administrator position will support with data quality issues and data inputting into the current system to ensure data is ready for migration over to new systems. Reporting into the Data and Insights Manager you will provide a comprehensive administration and Data & Insights support service to the Performance & MI team. The need for robust and accurate data has never been greater, you will be part of an established conscientious wider team working to ensure we have robust and accurate data throughout our system transition. You will be an enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated individual with a passion for working with others to get things right first time. What we’re looking for We’re a customer-focused organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will not only be a highly organised Administrator able to review and manage data, but you will also need to have an eye for detail have great customer service skills. Ideally you will have experience or knowledge of Social Housing and be able to demonstrate the below essential skills and experience: Experience of working to deadlines and targets. Customer service experience. Good attention to detail. Experience of producing reports and managing data. Ability to organise workload effectively and work methodically on own initiative. Good oral and written communications. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Technically proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word. Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours Previous experience or an understanding of housing management system is highly desirable.
