The Salvation Army has been awarded a contract in Cardiff to support young people in Cardiff who are experiencing homelessness. The contract works within a psychologically informed framework that includes delivering zero evictions within the lifehouses and offering post resettlement support to allow the young person to positively settle and move into independent living.
