Responsibilities
1. Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff.
2. Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
3. Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
4. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
5. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
6. Handle incoming calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
7. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
8. Support various administrative projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
2. Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
4. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
