What you'll be doing; - Assist the Site Management Team to ensure the ongoing compliance to Health and Safety standards and to also assist in ensuring a pro-active safety culture on site. - Working with the Site Management team in providing Operational Support for all activities on Ling Hall. - You will assist the Site Management team and financial support to effectively manage profit and loss accounts and budgetary requirements - You will assist the Site Management Team and Engineering to deliver projects on site within time and financial parameters. - Assisting the Compliance Team to ensure the site conforms with permit requirements, site water and gas management requirements. - Working with the Administration Team on site to ensure all administration/weighbridge and compliance data/records are in line with Company and external authorities requirements. - Assist with Delivery of Long term Site strategy and short term initiatives. What we're looking for; - Degree level qualification in an Environmental or Engineering Degree, Masters in similar subjects (to be achieved by September 2025) - Practical outlook to problem-solving - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work as part of a team - Willingness to learn new things and develop - An enthusiastic, creative and solution-oriented thinker - Drivers Licence (willingness to get one) - Willingness to travel Before we can progress your application to the next stage, you'll need to complete a couple of short strength-based assessments to assess your potential for success in the role against skills, behaviours, personality and motivation - all in one engaging and immersive online experience.
