What You'll Be Doing:
·Developing and managing strategic relationships with key clients across the UK
·Acting as the main point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
·Working cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Ops, Marketing, and Support) to deliver bespoke solutions
·Preparing and submitting tenders and quality submissions, ensuring all documentation is compliant and up to date
·Maintaining CRM records including key client contacts and communications
