Euroresins is part of the Cathay Group. We are looking for a Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.
Euroresins are one of the leading distributors of premium products to the Composite industry in the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities:
* Work as part of the Sales team, contacting customers by telephone and email, chasing Sales and offering product advice and recommendations.
* Make both inbound and outbound sales.
* Liaise with the Operations team based in Wales, and the Technical team in Italy to ensure customers’ needs are met and expectations surpassed.
* Provide customer service as well as Sales, resolving discrepancies.
* Achieve/surpass set daily/weekly/monthly/annual Sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate sales growth.
* Sell a wide range of products to a known customer base via telephone and email.
* Grow sales to new and dormant customers.
* Gain product knowledge to offer excellent customer service and win sales.
* Understand customer requirements to increase sales through upselling by analyzing buying patterns and trends.
* Ensure Sales Orders are entered into SAP accurately and efficiently.
* Be commercially aware to quote and offer alternative products.
* Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and positively.
* Proactively contact a defined number of Active customers daily, making outbound calls offering promotional stock and deals.
* Proactively contact a defined number of Inactive customers aiming to win back business.
* Maintain a Sales Pipeline detailing sales leads that are Cold, Warm, and Won.
* Report your Sales Pipeline to the wider group and MD.
Requirements:
After successful completion of your probation, you will be able to earn uncapped commission on all sales made. This is a full-time office role.
