I am recruiting for a Client based in Daventry, this role is temporary to permanent. The role would include and not be restricted to duties as below- Scheduling of orders / Customer bookings Calling customers to confirm Delivery / Collection details and requirements Updating trackers and work systems with high level of detail General Data entry / admin duties This role is temporary to permanent and hours are Monday- Friday 9am- 5.30pm. Successful candidates will need to have previous experience in customer service, handling inbound calls, administration and good communication skills both over the phone and on emails. You must be able to fit within a team environment. A DBS IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE, THE COMPANY CAN PROCESS THIS IF YOU DONT HAVE ONE. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS DIRECTLY WITHIN 5 DAYS OF STARTING AND THEY WILL REIMBURSE YOU WHEN DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN PROCESSED
