Weare looking for an experienced Director ofnursing to organize and oversee all nursingoperations of the facility. You will create a collaborative andefficient workplace with attention to quality standards andpolicies. There all personnel will be able to do their best incaring for patients.
A director of nursingshould have once been a hardworking and compassionate registerednurse who steadily developed their managerial and administrativeskills. Being efficient dedicated a good listener and aproblemsolver are what will open our door for you.

Responsibilities
* Direct oversee and evaluate all nursingpersonnel (registered nurses LPN etc.)
* Guidestaffing procedures
* Set objectives andlongterm goals for the nursing department
* Organize and coordinate admission nursing and patientcare procedures
* Develop and enforce policiesaiming for legal compliance and highquality standards
* Control budgets and monitor expenditures
* Resolve issues and deficiencies when needed
* Manage recordkeeping procedures
* Collaborate with other departments and professionals tostreamline operations
* Report to uppermanagement
Requirements
* Proven experience as director ofnursing
* Indepth knowledge ofhospital procedures and KPI/KQIs of patient care
* Understanding of basic budgeting and financialreporting
* Great knowledge of legal regulationsand best practices in healthcare
* Willingnessto keep abreast of changing standards in nursingadministration
* Excellent ability to lead anddevelop personnel
* Great communication andpeople skills
* Outstanding organizational andstress management skills
* Aptitude inproblemsolving
* Degree in Nursing;Master’s degree in nursing or healthcare administrationis a plus
* Valid nursing and CPRcertification
