Senior Project Manager - Job Description
Summary:
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their expanding multidisciplinary team.
In this role, you will lead a variety of projects, including new construction, urban regeneration, and educational developments. You will coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Communication: Facilitate client discussions by presenting project plans, timelines, and addressing any potential service delivery impacts.
* Contract Administration: Act as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent for various building projects, utilizing standard construction methods.
* Team Management: Oversee the appointment and performance of professional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Site Visits & Inspections: Conduct site visits, inspections, and produce detailed inspection reports.
* Project Appraisals: Develop initial project appraisals and feasibility studies.
* Design & Budgeting: Create preliminary design proposals and prepare budget estimates.
* Contract Implementation: Generate comprehensive working drawings and manage contract implementation.
* Tender Management: Lead tender processes, including analysis and preparation of detailed reports.
* Task Delegation: Assign tasks as needed to ensure overall project goals are met.
