Due to our growing business, we are looking for a Contracts Administration Manager to join our South-West Branch, in Yeovil, Somerset. As a Contracts Administration Manager your role will include: Ensure the effective and efficient allocation of resources and the smooth running of the office To take the main lead in the organisation and motivation of production staff To ensure all staff deliver excellent customer service at all times. Responsible for the implementation of correct office procedures in the processing of customer orders. Effectively planning and monitoring work schedules to achieve targets and deadlines, taking into account customer preferences. Delivering Health & Safety toolbox talks to technicians and office staff and carrying out H&S checks and audits as required Management of staff and resources including appraisals, holiday and sickness monitoring, coaching and investigating disciplinary matters when required. Assist with the onboarding and training of new employees by providing on the job and other training opportunities Provide support to management to ensure timely reporting of sales figures, weekly and monthly reports, weekly forecasts and month end processing Overall responsibility for the implementation of pre-invoice satisfaction calls, final invoices and authorising suppliers invoices for batching. Inputting job costings onto IFS Responsible for the maintenance of customer files and asset registers, Assisting with identifying marketing opportunities and assisting with business development where required Champion the IFS system and ensure that the South-West production team are fully proficient in all aspects of the system. Assist the business with improving the H&S culture. Demonstrate and uphold the Company’s values, of honesty, integrity, reliability, and teamwork, embedding these values in all interactions with colleagues, customers, visitors, and others.
