Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Trainer/Assessor (No teaching experience needed)

Excellent opportunity for a Qualified Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer looking to come off the tools into a training role where you can coach, develop and inspire the next generation of engineers.
In this role you will train and assess apprentices in line with set criteria, supporting them through their apprenticeship programmes and monitoring their progression.
The ideal candidate will have either a Teaching or Assessing qualification or desire to obtain one and will have a strong background in industrial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, with a level 3 qualification.
The role:
1. Training, Assessing and Monitoring Level 1, 2 and 3 Apprentices.
2. Monday to Friday
3. 37 hours per week.
4. Based in Sutton-in-Ashfield.
The Person:
1. Have knowledge and experience of the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industry.
2. Hold a Level 3 qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
3. Have a desire to obtain teaching/assessing qualifications.
4. Live a commutable distance from Sutton-in-Ashfield.
5. Have great communication skills, enthusiasm and confidence with young people.
