Your new role
As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will manage site teams, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. The project will involve heavy civils work to be carried out in the west of Scotland. Including sheet piling, installing ground anchors, the installation of cabin beams and harbour dredging. The position will last 6-7 months.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Site Agent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
* Strong leadership and communication skills,
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations
* The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
