A market leading financial firm based in the City of London is currently looking to hire a Head of Service Design and Transformation to manage and lead an existing team. In this role you will be accountable for all my client’s IT Service Strategy functions.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include: acting as the most senior technology interface for all IT Service Engineering stakeholders, Service Strategy and Design, Service Transition, Asset Management and Compliance.
