The Client Marketing Campaign Manager/Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving client retention and growth within the EMEA and APAC regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. This role will help to develop campaigns that align with account and regional objectives, support an ABM model for key accounts, support our presence at regional client events and use data-driven insights to identify new campaigns or optimize existing ones.
What you’ll be doing...
* Collaborate closely with EMEA and APAC account management teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives.
* Track, measure, and report regularly on campaign performance, surfacing data-driven insights to improve campaign performance.
* Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns designed to increase client retention and drive revenue growth.
* Provide strategic support to key regional accounts to drive new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
* Support client marketing team in organization of its annual IDeaS Client Summit, Converge, helping to build campaigns to drive registrations, communicate with attendees, and ensure effective post-show processes.
* Plan, organize, and execute client events, including client event sponsorship opportunities, regional client appreciation events, tracking performance and key metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategy.
* A blend of both strategic insight and planning, as well as a passion and willingness for hands-on implementation, as you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and program management of client campaigns.
* Drive a bi-directional feedback loop with global stakeholders to collect input for continuously improving campaign performance.
* Coordinate with internal partners to develop compelling marketing materials, such as email campaigns and presentations.
What you’ll bring to us...
* 4+ years of experience in marketing within a B2B SaaS/Software environment.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
* Strong English communication skills as well as editing, writing, and proofreading skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong decision-making, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation and/or email distribution software (i.e. Pardot). Familiarity with tools like Reachdesk, Qualified, and Salesloft are a plus.
* Bonus Points for fluency in French language, both written and verbally (Highly Desirable but not essential).
