Store Manager Role at Our Convenience Stores
To be a great Store Manager at one of our convenience stores, you don’t necessarily need retail experience. Surprised? What You’ll Be Doing
While your team of Customer and Trading Managers will handle shifts and daily operations, you’ll have ultimate control over store performance. You’ll be a visible, accountable leader—finding, solving, and anticipating issues now and in the future, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
You’ll ensure safety and legal compliance for customers and staff. You’ll also develop talent within your teams, maintaining a pipeline of motivated individuals ready to advance into management roles and beyond.
Additional Responsibilities
In some cases, you may manage two stores simultaneously, dividing your time effectively and staying informed about both locations.

You can lead and inspire a large team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’re proactive in problem-solving, motivating your teams, and maintaining visibility on the shop floor.
Your analysis will start with the valuable data generated daily—identifying trends, translating them into actionable activities, and prioritizing initiatives that add the most value to your store. To operate effectively, you’ll have access to the latest technology, including handheld devices, enabling mobility and efficiency.
