Properties Case Handler
Temp-Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 9.00 am - 5.30 pm (60-minute lunch break) or 9.00 am - 5.00 pm (30-minute lunch break)

£24,000 - £26,000 per year, with opportunities for additional monthly commission!

Supportive team atmosphereAs a Properties Case Handler, you will:
Manage new cases from onboarding to resolution
Oversee your own case load with attention to detail
Engage in direct branch case reviews and administrative tasks
Drive income recovery through effective communication and negotiation
Produce both template and custom letters for varied situations
Keep the management team informed about case statuses
Collaborate with in-house solicitors for legal insights as necessaryThe ideal candidate should possess:
A strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
An investigative mindset with problem-solving abilities
Excellent letter writing and communication skills
Good listening and negotiation skills
A confident and professional telephone demeanour
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
Self-learning abilities and adaptability
Previous experience in a Recoveries or Collections role preferred
Familiarity with the properties industry
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of relevant legal principlesFamiliarity with case management software and MS Office Suite is beneficial.
