We are looking for Supported Living Co-Ordinator’s for our supported living setting in Wigton.
You will be responsible for effective staff management/supervision, providing instruction, guidance and effective best practice modelling to support staff. Carrying out inductions and rota management. It is also a requirement of the role to take part in the On-Call rota.
Part of the role requires you to be able to travel between sites independently of public transport, as part of the On-Call rota this could be during the night in an emergency situation.
