As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential customers, driving new business opportunities, and helping to grow our client base. You’ll be working closely with the sales team to generate leads and set up high-quality meetings with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking.
* Qualify potential customers by understanding their needs and aligning them with our solutions.
* Book meetings for the sales team with key decision-makers.
* Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of prospects and pipeline progress.
* Collaborate with the wider sales team to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.
* Meet and exceed KPIs and targets, with the opportunity to significantly boost earnings through commission.

* Confidence in cold calling and outbound sales (previous sales experience is a plus but not essential).
