Do you have a Customer Service background and want to progress into a varied and exciting Internal Sales role within a manufacturer known for long term staff retention, where you'll receive dedicated training and development to ensure you reach your full potential?
The company have been established for nearly 40 years, manufacturing a range of electrical components. They are currently embarking on an ambitious growth plan, and therefore this role has arisen, to take technical enquiries from clients, and provide an excellent service to a plethora of customers.
You will be responsible for taking incoming calls from clients, providing product support, problem solving any technical enquires and upselling where possible.
This role would suit someone from a Customer Service background, looking to progress into an internal sales role with a longstanding manufacturer.
The role:
1. Take incoming calls from clients, regarding product range, technical enquiries, ongoing service, etc
2. Respond to technical enquiries, troubleshooting and providing effective advice to clients
3. Upsell the company's range of products and services where possible
