Project Manager About the role This role has responsibility for the effective implementation and management of retail IT projects, ensuring they are completed on-time and to budget whilst always providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your key tasks and responsibilities will include: • Ensuring all projects are completed on-time, to budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer. • Directing, coordinating, and monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary. • Updating and maintaining project tickets • Managing, developing, and safeguarding all supplier and client relationships within your remit. The above is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessary by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation. About you We are currently seeking an experienced individual for a project management position. This role is open to both Project Managers and Project Coordinators who are looking to progress in their careers. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to retail technology change programs and be familiar with the construction "delivery" process, from end-to-end of the Project life cycle.
