What you’ll be doing As a Marketing Campaign Executive, you’ll be central to our marketing efforts, supporting the delivery of impactful and well-coordinated campaigns across multiple channels. Your role will involve assisting in the planning, execution, and analysis of campaigns that align with our broader marketing objectives. Working alongside a collaborative Marketing and Communications team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in campaign management, content creation, and digital marketing techniques, while contributing to the success of a variety of exciting campaigns. You’ll help monitor performance metrics, optimise campaigns, and create engaging, on-brand materials such as social media posts, brochures, emails, and exhibition content. By working closely with colleagues across various teams, you’ll ensure campaigns deliver a consistent message across all touchpoints. Whether it’s conducting research, supporting with budgets, or testing strategies for improvement, you’ll play a key role in shaping our marketing initiatives. What we hope you can bring to the role We’re looking for someone with some experience in marketing campaigns, particularly in areas such as email, social media, or paid media. You’ll have strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret performance data and suggest improvements, alongside excellent attention to detail and copywriting skills. Ideally, you’ll have experience with digital marketing tools, such as email marketing platforms or social media management systems, and a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new trends. Your ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders will be key to your success. A little more about the role Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives. Track key metrics such as engagement and conversion rates, reporting on performance and suggesting improvements. Develop creative assets, including social media posts, brochures, emails, and more, ensuring materials are on-brand and engaging. Conduct research into market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform future campaigns. Work with internal teams across digital marketing, operations, and sales to ensure campaigns are integrated and effective. Assist in A/B testing for emails, social media, and web content to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Help manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns with strong Return On Investment (ROI). Experience in interpreting data and applying insights to improve results. Good attention to detail and copywriting skills with experience creating engaging content. Familiarity with tools such as email marketing systems, analytics platforms, or social media schedulers. Strong communication and teamwork skills to align with internal and external partners.
