Main duties of the job Our new Chief Medical Officer will join at a critical time as we embark on a journey of transformation. As an Executive Director and voting member on the Board, you will play a central role in all aspects of clinical leadership and the assurance of the quality and safety of our services. The role will have statutory and regulatory functions of the Chief Medical Officer role, and the postholder will also be the principle source of professional medical advice to the Chair, Chief Executive, Board of Directors and Executive colleagues and will be responsible for the pharmacy provision in the Trust.
