My client is an independent healthcare provider who is going through a time of significant and exciting growth.
My client requires an experienced interim Employee Relations Consultant to work with a small team of HRBPs and advisers to improve ER responses to a number of cases, where there is currently a small backlog. The role requires someone with extensive ER experience and good case management skills to prioritise the cases in terms of risk.
In terms of background, this is an assignment for an ER specialist, ideally one who has worked with or for the NHS. Other public sector backgrounds may be considered if the roles have involved a TUPE'd workforce and ER challenges around that change. They need someone who has dealt with conflict resolution before and who is level-headed and well-organised.
In terms of professional training, they need someone who is MCIPD qualified or who has equivalent demonstrable professional HR knowledge, skills, and experience.
My client requires an immediate start, and the assignment's duration is 8 weeks. They are offering an assignment rate of £400pd outside IR35. Home working is acceptable for this role, although some time in London may be needed. Please contact Andrew Vaux at andrew.vaux@practicus.com.
