We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to ensure the seamless operation of our office. Your role will be crucial in driving operational efficiencies and delivering outstanding service to clients. Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day office operations including administration, finance, and HR
* Process supplier invoices and prepare payment runs
* Raise sales invoices and manage receivables
* Reconcile financial statements and manage month-end closing processes
* Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budget preparation
* Handle data management tasks and create comprehensive Excel reports
* Draft and issue employee contracts
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
* Manage employee records, including holiday, sickness, and personal leave
* Manage communications, including answering calls and handling correspondence
* Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and supplies
* Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support event planning
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in office management or a similar role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Sage
* Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
* A proactive approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
