Respond to, and ensure internal and external telephone calls are dealt with in a timely, polite and courteous manner. Monitor and manage a shared email box and calendar. Record and update data on the relevant clinical trial documentation/computer systems. Accept the delivery and process all incoming post and clinical trial materials. Carry out required environmental checks of the clinical trials under supervision of the technical staff. Raise record and issue invoices for the clinical trials services to ensure regular income is collected and deal with financial discrepancies. Produce regular reports from databases to monitor performance indicators/metrics, local processes and compliance. To report any employment or staff issues of concern. To assist in the induction and training of all staff .
