Sales Administrator Responsibilities will include:
* Handling sales orders by telephone, email or fax from worldwide customers and confirming availability to customer and advising on the delivery date
* Raising orders via the company SAP system
* Escalating complaints and issues to Manager if required with an speedy resolution
* Liaising with transport department to organise deliveries
* Arranging delivery of customer sample requests
* Ensuring the correct order processes are followed from order to delivery
* Ensuring efficient communication between Sales Order Processing, Production Planning and Transport sections of the business.
