UK-Kettering We have an opportunity for an experienced Finance Analyst to join us on a 6 Month contract basis In this role you will provide financial reporting analysis, insights and data driven recommendations to support business decision-making. This role involves accurate and efficient reporting and monitoring KPIs, analysing financial and non financial data, identifying trends and opportunities to improve financial performance. This is a home working role, where regular travel to the Head Office Kettering will be required on an ad hoc basis Main Accountabilities: Produce daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports/dashboards to analyse and track the performance of the business, including by client, by segment, by business channel and cost reporting. Support the monthly Performance Review and other Business Review processes with LSL Group. Identify trends and themes in key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce comparison analysis. Provide support to the ongoing planning cycle (in-year Reforecast, Budget and 3-year Strategic Plan). Adopt a culture of continuous improvement in all processes to drive robust and accurate outputs, more efficient reporting and increased self-serve capability across the Finance team and broader e.surv business. Provide support to Finance Management Team and e.surv Senior Management team on financial reporting, planning and ad-hoc special projects. Working alongside MI and Finance, accuracy and completeness of all related data. Identify and implement process improvements to drive improved reporting and understanding of costs Participate in projects and initiatives and reporting, including systems, data and process related projects as required. Essential and Technical Skills required: Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage accuracy with high volumes of data and at pace. Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or qualified through relevant experience in FP&A and/or Commercial Finance. Advanced Excel skills. Being curious, with the ability to identify patterns, relationships and trends in numbers others cannot see and then be able to describe this. Can demonstrate ability to deliver complex financial analysis on various levels in a clear and concise way. Proactive and organised and able to meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills, can build effective relationships quickly and good communicator.
