Supporting our innovative monitoring and analysis tool is crucial to allow this to happen and to protect and enhance our customers experience. This role can be based in Bristol, Birmingham or London. Our hybrid working model means you are expected to be in the office 3 days per week. You'll have the following responsibilities - Continuously monitor system performance, detect anomalies, and implement corrective actions. - Quickly respond to and resolve technical issues, minimizing impact on customers. Liasing with Ericsson PDU for software updates. - Provide technical assistance to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems. - Perform regular maintenance tasks, including updates, MOPs, patches, and optimisations. - Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. You'll have the following skills and experience Skills - Customer focused attitude. - Experience of using / supporting Performance Management or CEM systems, or other network monitoring systems. - Proactively monitor alarms and reporting - Ability to identify and follow relevant processes - Analytical thinking to identify solutions - Participate when needed in project groups. In particular the ability to implement technical solutions within a change control process.
