Job Description
Hybrid Payroll Advisor (FTC)
* Manage payroll operations ensuring accuracy
* Coordinate with HR to ensure correct employee data
* Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries
* Compile summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, etc.
* Prepare reports for upper management and finance department
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
* Participate in payroll audits
* Manage benefits and pension schemes
The Successful Applicant
Hybrid Payroll Advisor (FTC) should have:
* Proven experience as a Payroll Advisor or similar role
* Knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
* Proficiency in MS Office packages (Excel)
* Great attention to detail
* An analytical mind and good numeracy skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Happy to work within a large team
* Comfortable working in the office (Reading) 2x per week
What's on Offer
* Salary: c. £33,000 - £35,000 per annum (DoE)
* 37.5 hours per week, adjustable start and finish time to accommodate for external factors
