Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating the value proposition to key stakeholders and executing the infield brand strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Customer Selling and Relationship Management: Deliver expected performance and beyond in the territory; develop Smart pre-call objectives aligned with territory strategy and brand team goals; effectively handle objections or concerns; educate medical providers and staff on product value proposition.
* Market Intelligence: Continuously strive to gain market intelligence; organize and manage stakeholder meetings; differentiate company values proposition to physicians or other assigned stakeholders.
* Clinical and Market Knowledge Development: Share best practice to enhance business success across Brand Teams; proactively develop and implement a growth plan to prepare for future opportunities; have a deep understanding of the multi-stakeholder environment.
* Territory Management: Analyze sales reports (CRM etc.) and field intelligence; execute a business plan for own territory with Market Access and Medical colleagues in line with brand strategy; accurately identify customer position on sales cycle and target resources to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements:
* ABPI certification
* Full driving license
* Solution-focused, team player with a positive mindset
* Experience within Rheumatology or Immunology advantageous
* Excellent customer relationship skills to build, develop and maintain internal and external partnerships
