• Position: Events Manager
• Employer: Acclaimed Prestige Events Caterer
• Location: Leicester, England
• Gross OTE Salary package: circa £32,000 (+ share of serv. chge + targeted bonus)
• Weekly working hours / days 48 hours / 5 days

Your role covers a range of tasks, duties and responsibilities involved in the organising and delivering of prestigious social, matrimonial, cultural and corporate events. These include deployment of service staff at on site or off-site functions and events. Ensuring food and beverages are arranged and management as per event requirement. Liaising and coordinating between client and internal teams, as well as site personnel, to ensure guests experience highest standards of service and satisfaction. Ensuring overall efficiency and successful running of floor operations. Preparing reports and schedules and performing key duties as assigned.
To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements:
• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in this role + min 5 years of prior experience in escalating job roles
• Industrial training in a world-renowned culinary/hospitality institute
• Personal alcohol licence
• Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
• Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills
• Computer literacy
• Sound financial + business acumen
• Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
