Salary: £38,728 with potential to rise to £45,562 over 3 years
NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a People Advisor to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.
We are seeking an experienced People Advisor who will have responsibility for advising on HR policies and assisting with the implementation of HR procedures. They will work closely with the People Partners and People Services Team to develop and direct a HR agenda that supports the organisation’s goals. It is essential that they have a strong employee relations background.
Every day you will …
* Resolve queries from internal stakeholders by providing information on processes and policies and referring to others where necessary.
* Provide advice and guidance to people managers in developing, documenting, and communicating solutions for individual employee relations cases, supporting managers at formal hearings.
* Providing support on our absence process and long-term sickness cases.
* Carry out complex HR data processing tasks, advise stakeholders when needed, and use expertise to help improve data collection tools and administration processes.
* Deliver high-quality professional services to senior colleagues.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on all HR matters.

What skills will help you thrive in this role?
* At least 3-5 years experience in a People Advisor Role.
* Qualified to CIPD Level 5.
* Strong employee relations background.
* High attention to detail and the ability to make sense of complex data.
* A friendly and approachable mindset who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
