As a Caseworker Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals involved in the criminal justice system, providing essential guidance and assistance. Coordinate and oversee casework activities with a focus on criminal justice involvement.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individuals in navigating the criminal justice system.
Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative programs to enhance support for those affected by criminal justice processes. Preferred Requirements:
Proven experience in casework or similar roles within the criminal justice sector
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to criminal justice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse communities.
Ability to manage complex caseloads while maintaining high standards of support and care.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and challenging environment Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant degree or professional qualification in criminal justice, social work, or a related field
Certifications in casework management or similar areas would be advantageous.
