About the role
As Governance Manager you will be responsible for supporting key UCL committees. This will include attending meetings and writing minutes. You will also support the planning of committee business overall, and the review of committee responsibilities and functions. There will also be responsibility for line management.

About you
Things you'll need for this job include:
-Strong communication skills-
-An ability to absorb, understand and summarise complex information
-Report-writing or committee servicing experience at a senior level, including dealing with complex and sensitive matters
-An excellent understanding of the governance structures within Higher Education or a similar environment.
