National Grid is hiring a Product Manager for our NOI (Network Optimisation and Intelligence) department. This is a hybrid role based in Warwick. The Product Manager will be part of NOI at National Grid which aims to create a more resilient, efficient, and sustainable electricity transmission network. By leveraging data and advanced technologies, National Grid seeks to optimise its operations and support the transition to a cleaner energy future. Key Accountabilities The Product Manager will define implement and manage a product from conception to final delivery all the way through the product lifecycle. Responsible for achieving optimal results, conforming to standards for quality, safety and sustainability. Key accountabilities will be: Product Management, Managing and developing products or services through their full life cycle from inception, growth, maturity, decline to retirement. Financial Management, Supporting the effective use and control of financial resources. Stakeholder and Relationship Management, Influencing stakeholder attitudes, decisions, and actions for mutual benefit. Organisational Change Management, planning, designing and implementing activities to transition the organisation and people to the required future state. Requirements definition and Management Managing, requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycle. Professional Development & Line Management, facilitating the professional development of individuals in line with their career goals and organisational requirements. About You Possess a strong familiarity with both Operational Technology (OT) and IT Can successfully work with senior stakeholders, forming strong relationships and engagement as needed across all levels of the Business Entity Demonstrate strong leadership skills, as they will be responsible for managing direct reports, fostering a collaborative team environment. Experience of strategic, investment and product planning ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities A good understanding of current and emerging product methods, agile methodologies, and trends Experience of working within a heavily matrixed organisation, with the ability to drive for results A good understanding of financial management, benefits management and realisation linked to business results More Information A competitive salary between £70,000 – £80,000 – dependent on capability As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus of up to 15% of your salary for stretch performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
