Communications Lead - Permanent
Birmingham / Hybrid - 2/3 Days on-site
Up to £50,000 + Car Allowance
Here at Infinite Talent, we are working alongside a global business in the hospitality / retail / events industry who are now embarking on the most significant transformation of its in-unit technology and processes in decades. This transformation aims to fundamentally improve the working lives of our in-unit teams by enabling greater efficiency, unlocking capacity, and empowering them to deliver even more value to our customers.
They are looking for a Communications Lead to play a critical role in enabling changes, ensuring that the organisation is fully equipped to deliver on its strategic objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale enterprise communication plans within change initiatives, ideally in a global, complex organisation.
* Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2) and program delivery approaches from design to implementation.
* Experience in communicating the complexities of adopting new technologies and operational processes within large organisations.
* Strong leadership with a demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
