My client is a manufacturing organisation based in North Manchester. Due to an increase in workload, they are recruiting this role on a temporary basis initially, but there may well be a permanent position due to the growth of the company.
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for:
1. Processing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently onto the system.
2. Dealing with supplier queries and offering excellent customer service to the suppliers.
3. Reconciliation of supplier statements.
4. Some adhoc project work.
This role will suit a candidate who has experience in a purchase ledger position in order to hit the ground running with minimal supervision, as well as a keen eye for detail and good Excel skills. The hourly rate on offer is up to £14 dependant on experience. The role will be office based 5 days a week with flexible working hours on offer, as well as an early finish on Fridays.
