The Enhanced Responder Service (ERS) is a unique and innovative service supporting Care at Home Services within the Inverness area. This is a collaborative service between local care providers who are committed to its success. Experience is necessary and a driver's license is essential - however, we supply a company pool car. Duties may include personal care, meal preparation, palliative care, prompting/administering medication. Staff are to work to the Health and Social Care Standards - My life my choice. They are also to comply with the Scottish Social Services Code of Practice and Partnership policies and procedures. The Enhanced Responder Service Main Responsibilities Are To facilitate a Pathway Home from the hospital service To carry out scheduled care during the hours of 8am - 10pm in the city of Inverness To assess the needs of the individual, write support plans and risk assessments Primary Duties And Responsibilities Provide scheduled and responsive care and support visits Assessing clients needs Information sharing Problem solving
