Our i2020 Contract services the full estate across all Hard FM of our prestigious Blue-Collar client which consists of 69 operational sites.
In order to continue upholding the high standards and full working order of these sites we are seeking an experienced Asset Manager who will ensure that the client's assets provide value to their core business. This will be achieved by the development, deployment, management and continual improvement of an asset management framework that works across the Sodexo, client, and supplier teams.
Working under the guidance of the Senior Asset Surveyor, you will:
1. Update the Asset Management Plans of the Estate which will inform the Development Briefs and Plan of Work.
2. Maintain all assets in our CAFM system, reporting and chairing meetings to provide updates to the client and end user.
3. Keep the Estate data up to date, visiting sites and completing verification surveys to ensure asset lifecycle and condition is accurate.
4. Deliver a number of reports to the client at various times throughout the year.
5. Look for optimization opportunities within the Estate.
You will have a degree or professional qualification in Asset Management, Building Surveying, or in a built environment or engineering field, as well as proven experience in hard facilities management or construction.
You will be IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PowerBi, and some experience of using CAFM systems. Equally, you will be a self-starter, able to work independently as well as in a team, and able to meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.
This is a full-time hybrid role working Monday to Friday, with Tuesdays in the office, two other days in the office or on-site, and the rest can be worked from home.
You will need to have a full clean UK driving licence for this role as travel to the client sites would be required.
Please note that this position will be offered subject to security clearance - this requires you to have resided in the UK for a minimum of 5 years.
