About the Role
Are you eager to kickstart a career in data analysis? We're looking for a motivated and technically curious individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence Apprentice. You'll work closely with experienced Data Analysts and Engineers, gaining hands-on experience and training to build your skills in Data Analytics.
This is an office-based role with both on-the-job and external training, leading to a Level 3 qualification in Data Essentials. Ideal for recent school or college graduates, this apprenticeship offers a fantastic entry into the world of data analysis.
Totally works in partnership with the NHS, delivering high-quality healthcare services across the UK. We provide a full range of urgent care services, including NHS111, GP Out-of-Hours (GPOOHs), Clinical Assessment Services (CAS), and Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs).
Your Day to Day Collect, format, and present data securely using Microsoft Excel.
Analyse both structured and unstructured data to support key business outcomes.
Communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences.
Identify and mitigate quality risks in data analysis processes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and implement customer requirements.
Use analytical techniques such as data mining, forecasting, and modelling to identify and predict trends.
Create infographics, reports, dashboards, and other visual representations of data.
Support the management of services by presenting data insights in a clear and understandable format.
Ensure data quality and integrity through robust validation and monitoring processes.
Maintain thorough documentation and change control processes for reporting activities.
Apply predictive analytics and statistical methodologies to deliver impactful insights.
Qualifications, Experience & Training At least 3 GCSEs at grade 4 or above (A*- C)
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Working as part of a team
Ability to communicate effectively with Stakeholders at all levels
Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject
