Location: Uxbridge, Middlesex (with travel across the UK, Ireland, and Iceland)

About the Role
We are looking for an inspiring leader with a strong background in coaching, business development, and relationship management. This role is not about direct sales but rather about supporting, guiding, and motivating distributors to grow their businesses successfully.
Working closely with the Country Director, you will act as a key point of contact for distributors across the UK, Ireland, and Iceland. Your role will involve mentoring, developing business strategies, and ensuring distributors have the tools and support they need to thrive.
You will need to be confident, charismatic, and energetic, with the ability to engage audiences, build strong relationships, and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching, fitness, or the wellness industry, along with a passion for helping others succeed.
Key Responsibilities
* Distributor Support & Coaching: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, providing them with guidance, motivation, and business development support.
* Field & Virtual Visits: Regularly meet with distributors in person and online to discuss business performance and identify opportunities for growth.
* Business Strategy & Development: Work closely with the Country Director to drive recruitment, retention, and sales growth across the region.
* Event & Promotion Support: Assist in the planning and management of events, training sessions, and promotional activities to enhance distributor success.
* Data & Performance Analysis: Use key business metrics to assess performance, identify challenges, and develop actionable insights to support distributors.
* Public Speaking & Training: Deliver presentations, training sessions, and motivational talks at company events, distributor meetings, and leadership sessions.
* Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between the company and distributors, ensuring clear, effective communication and a strong sense of community.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or business development – ideally within the fitness, wellness, or direct selling industry.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire people at all levels.
* Confident public speaker, comfortable delivering presentations and leading discussions at events and meetings.
* Analytical mindset, able to use data to assess performance and drive decision-making.
* Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects, relationships, and deadlines effectively.
* Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
