Service Delivery Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our defence services on a full-time basis. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel to six locations in the South West.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient delivery of services
* Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and quality
* Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and third-party suppliers
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
Requirements
* UK manual driver's license
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience in service delivery management or a related field
