The Vacancy We are looking for a Asset Management Graduate to undertake a number of specific and bespoke projects and tasks to help CHP deliver our mission of transforming lives. As a CHP Graduate, you will ensure that the needs of the customer are met by providing the best quality of service at all times. This will be a Fixed term contract ending in August 2026. What you'll be doing The Asset Management Graduate role will: Support the wider Asset Management team in delivering a building surveying capability for all CHP homes and other property assets, providing appropriate detailed reports as required Undertake Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) on properties as part of the stock condition surveys and as required to occupied or void properties. Undertake surveys and produce reports on the Groups stock and its compliance with the Housing, Health and Safety Rating System and Decent Homes Standard. Ensure that the asset database contains current and valid survey data. Support the successful resolution of all instances of property asset failure, specifically around structural integrity and disrepair, advising the Stock Investment Manager if properties are in need of major repair, or disposal should be considered. Be involved in managing programme risks that may impact the programmes successful outcomes Be accountable for the management of programmes to ensure that the programme delivers to time, quality and budget Ensure that the regulatory and compliance requirements of works programmes are met What we are looking for Be committed to CHPs mission and values as well as equality, diversity and inclusion Have tenacity and determination to deliver projects, overcoming constraints and always driving delivery Have strong interpersonal skills Demonstrate calmness, initiative and ability to respond to emergency situations. The successful candidate must be competent in using Microsoft programmes such as Excel, Word and Outlook. A basic knowledge of finance is preferable, or competence in mathematics and willingness to learn about budgeting. Applicants must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
