Lettings/Property Manager
I am currently recruiting on behalf of my established client, based in Leeds, for an experienced Lettings/Property Manager on a full-time, permanent contract.
The successful applicant will join a leading property management company, specialising in residential lettings and HMO management, which values its staff and offers genuine progression and development opportunities.
About the role:
1. Manage a diverse property portfolio including rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
2. Ensure compliance with rental regulations and safety standards
3. Develop and maintain procedures for efficient property management
4. Recruit, train, and mentor a dedicated admin team and support staff
5. Oversee communications with tenants and landlords, fostering positive relationships
Hours & Pay:
1. Salary up to £32,000 - dependent on experience
2. Monday to Friday

About you:
1. Experience in a Lettings Managerial role - essential
2. HMO experience - essential
3. Previous Lettings Negotiation experience - essential
4. Own transport - essential
5. Must be well-presented
6. Ability to work under your own initiative
7. Customer focused attitude
8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
9. Ability to multi-task
