English Teacher - Secondary School in South Leicestershire
Full-time, Long-term Role – Starting January 2025
Smile Education is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join a highly regarded secondary school in South Leicestershire. This full-time, long-term position is set to start in January 2025 and offers the chance to make a real impact at a school rated Good in all areas by Ofsted. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated teacher to join a supportive and dynamic team in this state-of-the-art school, where the focus is on delivering excellent educational experiences and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach English up to Key Stage 4 (KS4)
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality lessons
* Inspire and engage students, helping them achieve their best
* Participate in school development activities and contribute to the school’s success
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply
* Previous teaching experience in English within UK secondary schools
* Availability to work in South Leicestershire
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Pay Rates:
The expected pay range for this role is between £165 - £240 per day, depending on experience.
