About the roleNFU Mutual are pleased to share an exciting, permanent opportunity for a proactive and experienced Personal Assistant to join our Sales & Agency division on either a full or part time basis (3 days minimum required). Reporting to the Head of GI Governance & Oversight, your key responsibility is to deliver effective and efficient administrative and coordination support, as well as personal assistance to senior members of our Regional Sales and General Insurance Governance team. You’ll also provide general administrative support to the wider team such as coordinating meetings, events, travel and accommodation, as well as managing correspondence and documentation to ensure timely and appropriate responses. You’ll use your judgement to know when to prioritise and escalate communications to the wider leadership team, ensuring their time is used effectively. As part of this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with different colleagues and senior stakeholders outside of your immediate team.
