Description:
The Headteacher and Governing Body are seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational Assistant Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with leadership experience to join our school and work with and support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to drive forward our vision of Access, Attitudes and Achievement! The role will require providing care, support and guidance to all pupils whilst maintaining high standards of conduct and performance.
This is a key role within the school and requires a highly experienced and committed middle / senior leader with the vision, skills and passion to support in leading the school as we take the next steps on our improvement journey.
We require a suitable candidate who:
can lead on ALN within the school and be the school’s ALNCo.
lead and improve universal provision across the school
can show resilience and energy, is a strong team player who sees challenges as opportunities;
can demonstrate they are an excellent communicator able to engage and motivate all stakeholders
can inspire others (staff and pupils) to be their best;
can demonstrate a successful record in motivating, training and developing a skilled, high performing team of staff.
